Who we are
Amaya Technology (“we”, “us”) is operated by Phil Baker. For any privacy question, contact phil.baker@amaya.technology. The data controller is [Phil Baker / Amaya Technology Ltd — confirm legal entity], [registered address].
What we collect
When you submit the contact form or request a resource, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and message. We also collect anonymous, first-party usage analytics (pages visited and a random visitor identifier stored in your browser) to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry, send the resource you requested, and — where relevant — discuss working together. Analytics data is used only in aggregate to improve the site.
Where it is stored
Enquiry and analytics data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). Transactional email is sent via Brevo. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective data-processing terms.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to manage our relationship and meet legal obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email phil.baker@amaya.technology. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We store a single random identifier in your browser's local storage purely for first-party analytics; you can clear it at any time.
