I'm Phil Baker, founder of Amaya Technology. I've spent over a decade leading engineering and security teams, in fast-moving startups and in regulated enterprises. Amaya is how we bring that experience to leadership teams: as a fractional CTO or CISO, an AI advisor, or an independent eye on a deal.
My background is in leading technology and security, building and growing teams, setting direction, and owning the outcome when it ships. We work best with leadership teams who know technology matters to their future and want a senior partner to help them get it right, whether that means shipping faster, satisfying a regulator, making sense of AI, or knowing what they're buying.
